Home watch specialist Kevin Clarke is a 50-year resident of the Mount Washington Valley. As a former owner and landlord of both residential and mixed-use commercial buildings and the current long-time owner of a historic home, Kevin has a keen eye for detecting obvious issues that need to be focused on and addressed. When he is not checking homes he is a ski race coach at Attitash Ski Area for the Attitash Alpine Ski Education Foundation, and is a professional announcer for mountain bike events and ski race events including the World Pro Ski Tour, Red Parka Pub Challenge and numerous alpine events across the country.

Kimberly Clarke is an Associate Broker and licensed Realtor in New Hampshire and Maine who specializes in selling vacation homes and luxury home properties. Maine and New Hampshire have some of the highest percentage of second homes in the country at upwards of 48%. Kimberly has provided home watch services to her clientele for many years. In 2023 she formed Luxury Mountain Home Watch with her husband who had just retired from outside work in order to meet increasing demand from her real estate clients and to fill the gap between folks who had not engaged anyone to watch their homes and those who need a full-time property manager.
